I have been trying to find the perfect coverage, shade and texture of foundation for absolutely forever, but then I came across these 4 foundations with different price ranges which I now would state the pros and cons for each. (I would firstly start off with the higher ends)
1. CHANEL PERFECTION LUMIÈRE (HIGH END 1)
Pros
- 10/10 coverage
- only need one layer
- a little goes a long way
- flawless finish
-SPF (sun protection factor)
- long lasting
Cons
- expensive
- shades are difficult to justify in the shop
- more lighter tones than darker tones
2. NI
NARS SHEER GLOW (HIGH END 2)
Pros
- amazing different shades
- easy application
- long lasting
- very smooth
- easy to blend
- 8/10 coverage
- flawless finish
Cons
- could be over-dewy
- its vital to apply a setting powder or it would slide off
- does not come with a pump so you have to pour it on your hand
- can spill

3. RIMMEL WAKE ME UP (DRUGSTORE 1)
Pros
- amazing colour
- 9/10 coverage
- easy applied
- lovely finish
- inexpensive
Cons
- too much applied can cause an oiler look
- need to let it dry before applying powder

4. L'OREAL INFALLIBLE (DRUGSTORE 2)
Pros
- easy application
- inexpensive
- very good shades
- 7/10 coverage
- 9/10 flawless finish
Cons
- Need a complimentary powder or the colour can look dull
- 3/4 pumps to cover the whole face
